Public Hearing: Proposed Updates to Admin Plan & ACOP

Purpose of the Notice:

The Housing Authority City of Odessa, Texas (HACOOT) is proposing updates to its Administrative Plan (Admin Plan) and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP).  These policies govern program eligibility, admissions, and occupancy within HACOOT in accordance with HUD regulations and local policy changes.

Public Comment Period:

The public comment period is open from Saturday, February 1, 2025, to Tuesday, March 18, 2025.  Written comments may be submitted via mail to:
