- Friday is a catchup day for us. We use this day to do our work for the week. If you must call, leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we can.
- If you are new and just getting on the program, you must call to calculate your rent before any paperwork is signed. You must make sure the rent is affordable based on your income. This also applies to renewals who are moving to another unit.
- New clients getting on the program, once rent has been calculated and we tell you it's okay to fill out the paperwork with the landlord, you must return the paperwork to the front desk and call for an inspection.
- Application fees, as well as deposits for rent and utilities, are your responsibility.
- Remember, once your unit passes inspection, you must call to make arrangements to finalize your paperwork. This is your responsibility to call and follow through with the paperwork; otherwise, your rent may not be paid.
