Attached you will find the Fair Market Rent Documentation, as released by HUD, for the Housing Choice Voucher Program for the Fiscal Year 2024 - 2025. Listed below are the Payments Standards, which were approved by the board on September 25, 2024, to be implemented effective October 1, 2024. Please remember that you will use the new Payment Standards for Changes of Unit, New Admissions or for Re-certifications.
